I had a fantastic experience working with Jody from Elko Realty! From the very beginning, his communication was excellent. He took the time to show us the property and answered all our questions thoroughly, making us feel comfortable every step of the way. What impressed me the most was how quickly everything moved. Within just a week, we had all the bank papers ready! Jody is incredibly efficient, and his responsiveness kept us informed throughout the entire process. Not once did we feel lost; he made sure we knew exactly where we stood at all times. I highly recommend Jody if you're looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor. Thank You Jody for helping us sell our house. We were shocked that when listed it, with in 30 minutes it already had multiple views. Even more surprising was the 4 offers just after 4 showings. Thank You for helping to get what we wanted. Thanks for communicating with us thru out the process. Not once did we wonder what's going on. The Lady that you recommend for move out cleaning gave use a estimate that was lower than we were expecting. An absolute nightmare of an experience, and sucks because your options are slim. They will absolutely over charge you for cleaning, and repairs on top of blatantly lie. We moved into one of their run down single wide trailers, the fridge was at least 10 years old, if not older. Made a maintenance request for a new one since it was leaking and in overall bad shape. It was never completed. They are trying to charge me $800 for a new fridge, when the fridge itself wasn't worth $10. They are charging me $1800 extra for normal wear and tear, shampooing carpets, and repairs for damages that never existed, and my move out video proves as such. They refuse communication after they wipe their hands of you, are very disorganized. Apparently I owe them $355 ontop of all that but no one knows what for

Not surprised to see the most recent review was similar to my experience with this company as well..I had been at my location for two years. What finally pushed me out was the lack of care from "team" that works for them. I put in multiple requests that were never followed up on UNTIL after I had already moved out. I had to move everything out by myself & was too exhausted to clean. The "landlord" mentioned that for $3-400 he'll have someone clean-Ok. I then have to reach out to HIM, weeks later to ask about my remaining deposit. This guy continues to tell me he "has no idea how it happened but the "recommended" cleaning lady has decided to charge over $800 for cleaning. I was in NO WAY a messy/dirty person compared to the other tenants they rented the surrounding apartments to. As mention
