Where do I start!! Tom was my agent, he was very professional, honest,friendly, respectful and had a great sense of humor. He has great response time and kept me updated and informed at all times. Lionheart Realty made my 1hr 40 min trip worth it. They really cared about finding a home suitable for my family, within our budget. They had many beautiful homes to chose from and really listened to what my family was looking for. I felt like family when dealing with them and not like a client.. Chris Acuna was extremely helpful in my move search! He was very patient with me & definitely accommodated my needs. I have had to let people know how important it’s to have a good realtor when it’s so stressful to find the right place to live. I had the best experience with LionHeart Realty Group. I met with many of them but poor customer service if not impersonal and made the experience worse that it should be. I had one of the owners taking personally my situation to the extended of making sure I had the right place with the right Landlord when has been a nightmare with Paris Realty Group and another companies. I have to mention Mani , one of the owners and I thank him for being such a professional and good and caring person. You want to find YOUR home this is the company that will make sure you find it. These people are a God send I came in with a new program they have never heard of before and instead of sending me away they accepted me and worked with me to get me into my dream apartment!
