I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed the facilities, staff, conveniences, and location. Location - very close to downtown East Haven, tweed airport, and convenience stores. Short drive to New Haven with delivery from restaurants through uber, door dash, grubhub, etc. Staff- very personable and helpful especially with leasing issues and access. Maintenance is mostly done by one guy, Mike and he does an EXCELLENT job. Events- weekly bingo and poker nights and holiday events. Open to more.. Facilities- the laundry facilities although a bit expensive are very convenient with plenty of machines spread out through the building. The fitness facility has plenty of machines based on use and is always open. Sitting areas are available as well. Sorry, no pool. The Amazon hub is Ve

I have lived at Sunfield Apartments for over 3 yrs I have had no issues with anything in my Apartment and management has been good with me and treated me well

I book one Unit for my grand parents. It’s really awesome. My apartment is almost ready it’s new built interior is also very beautiful. My grandparents loved it. It’s a senior living apartment. The rent is also affordable. Balcony view is amazing. It’s located in heart of City. Where we can find grocery store many banks near by area. There is a one store opposite to this apartment where we can find all needy things. Over all I loved this New built apartment.

I have been waiting for some time now and was not disappointed. The apartment was way more than I expected. I look forward to moving in.
