I've been a resident here for 2 years and have had an amazing experience! The management team is top-notch, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently and promptly. Kelly, the leasing manager, is particularly wonderful - she's friendly and makes you feel welcome. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental in Tempe!

Amazing complex with a small community vibe. Kelly is an amazing manager who is always addressing issues that arise in a timely manner. Adrian the maintenance is great on top of all our maintenance requests and always communicating if the issue might take longer to resolve.

Loved the time we were there. Cute little backyard, very large bedrooms and nice office area upstairs. Highly recommend property. Kelly, the manager was awesome! Maintenance needs were always quickly handled.

I lived here for 2 years and i really enjoyed my time here! Its a nice little quiet community. Management was great and kelly was always super helpful, responsive, and understanding. Adrian was also the best maintenance guy and took care of things in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place :)

I have been living at this property for about 4 years now and I can truly say that I am happy and comfortable living here. The manager, Kelly is amazing, kind and very professional. Any time that I have a question or concern she is quick to respond and resolves it. Adrian, the maintenance keeps the property looking great. He is also very quick to fix any maintenance request that needs to get done. He is very kind and very professional. I am very content living at this property.
