I have since stopped hiring them to manage my property and never planned on leaving a review, but this surprise was the final straw. I am required to pay a utility charge related to an issue that occurred with a tenant back in 2024. It is extremely frustrating to have to cover an expense that this company should have addressed with the previous tenant at the time. I no longer work with this company due to numerous issues I experienced during our time working together. I would not recommend them. Their communication is poor, and they add unexpected charges without letting you know. That was my experience with this company for two years.

The staff at Lion Realty are fantastic! Kara is so sweet and was very thorough anytime I reached out or received communication from the office. Justin is also very prompt and friendly when assisting with maintenance requests. As a grad student, they made the process to get set up with my application and secure my space during a busy work time very easy and appreciated the direct communication via email/text to residents for important things! Despite feeling like I was overpaying for the unit I was in (I wish the unit had a stove and cosmetic repairs are needed for the flooring around the foundation of the house/other exposed areas) - I would rent with them again at a different property if I was still a student!

Justin with lion realty maintenance has always been the best! This whole year if we ever needed anything he made sure to come as fast as he could and to fix it! Never once left us disappointed and he was always above and beyond with his work! We will miss him as our maintenance man!! I would 100% recommend him if you ever need someone!

I'm pretty satisfied with the service of this company! I had Justin, their maintenance guy, come out today, and he brought a treat for my dog and some stickers for me. He was super kind and wasn't afraid of conversation while he fixed what I needed. Great experience! The only thing I would recommend is to follow up with your residents a bit more frequently and promptly. Thank you Lion Realty!
