Linwood Towers

Linwood Towers was a great place to live. I loved the convenient location of being within walking distance to the fun Mt Lookout Square and right of off Columbia parkway, with easy access to downtown. The new management, Prosper Communities, has been wonderful. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request and truly care about the building and tenants. The building was freshly painted and a new roof installed without the first few months of them taking over. One thing I was nervous about was the steep driveway being slick in the winter, but it is always clear by the time I head to work in the morning. Highly recommend if looking for affordable housing with responsive management.

Prosper Communities actually cares about their buildings, services, and tenants. The owners before Prosper Communities took over Linwood Towers Apartment, was horrible. Nothing was kept up. It seemed like no one cared. But now it's amazing! They re-painted the whole building, cleaned up the landscape, and actually kept up with the building overall. People actually came in to change our filters. The communication is 10/10! They will always update you before they do anything. When people parked in my parking spot, I would email them. And not even 5 min, they send out an email and text to your phone to warn them to move the car, or it will be towed. I can honestly say out of all the apartments I lived at, Prosper Communities truly cares! I highly recommend moving into any place that Prosper C

Linwood Towers is a place to live. I liked the convenient location it was in. It is close to everything you need. The other residents were always nice and friendly. The 1 bedroom was great for my girlfriend and I, plus our cat. It wasn't too big but still spacious for 2 people. Having friends and family over can be difficult due to the parking situation. There isn't much parking for guest. Other than that, I was glad to call it home for 2 years.

Linwood Towers is a great apartment complex to live in. With the convenience to being right off of Columbia Parkway and Mount Lookout Square, you can't go wrong. The property management group Prosper Communities also does a really great job of taking care of their tenants and are quick when it comes to responses to issues or concerns. 10/10 definitely would recommend!

I lived in a Prosper Communities building for about a year and had a great experience. Maintenance was timely and the unit was freshly renovated and in great condition. The property offered a parking lot and was in a great location. Would definitely rent from them again.
