My child and I experience the works; 1) In our first year our bathroom ceiling fell completely apart do to leaking/flooding from the unit upstairs, which management offered little to no assistance in repairing 2) The trees hang over the parking lots so during storms they smash cars, which is what happened to mine during a Nor'Easter. The security guard on duty at the time reported it to management who did not notify myself or anyone of my car crushed by a tree limb. By the
