What a SCAM. My son lived there for only 4 months by himself! Paid a fee to break the lease early, which is totally fine. However, we took pictures of the place at move in and when we moved him out. They are identical...no scratches, scuffs, nothing wrong. He was only there 4 months and we cleaned the place up and down when he moved out...and YET, The Links kept $220 for a cleaning fee, carpet cleaning fee, and get this...a painting fee...even though no painting was needed and pictures before & after are the exact same. What a crock and scam just to make money. The place is a rip off!!!
Very quickly responsive maintenance, apartments are well built. There IS an issue of flies in the apartment that I suspect are coming from the drains, but other than that, the place looked really nice. Any issues I’ve had with appliances or otherwise, submitting a ticket through the app is easy and maintenance has come out and fixed every issue we’ve had. My car passenger window did get damaged while sitting in the parking lot but that’s not the apartment management’s fault. Been here a month and we love it here. **My car was also towed without prior notice given directly. Sure there was a sticker placed on my car but I was away at vacation… however… a call to the property manager and she was awesome. She had my car returned to the complex without any charge due to the inconvenience of no
If I could give this a zero I would. The management, minus maybe one or two people who are nice, are genuinely all over the place. If you are planning to move in, which I BEG you not too make sure you get everything in writing. From the smallest to the largest interactions even in person. When me and my roommate where planning on moving in they did not tell us about a conformation. When I so happened to see it, pay the beginning prices, they set our move in date back by one month TWICE without our knowledge and only changed it back to the original date once I called saying we "fell through the cracks". On move in day the apartment was not even cleaned, nor was it in any sort of livable date with doors off the hinges etc. Currently trying to get our money back, but management is so unavai
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Hands down, the WORST place I have ever lived. I’m a travel nurse and live in another state. I leased a (WAY overpriced) $1800 1/1 short term, furnished “corporate“ apartment for the duration of my contract. Thinking it would be a lovely place to live with lots of amenities and “on a golf course”, it was a horrible mistake I would not have made if I hadn’t been doing so from long distance. My golf course view consists of a moldy pond and the highway from under a stairwell, that I am of course charged extra for. The amenities are sad to say the least. It’s old, run down, poorly maintained, and the “management“ is a bunch of college kids who are so horrifically rude it’s appalling. I showed up to a sagging, sinking mattress that took them almos
**Please Read if your new or trying to apply here** Been here for 3 years. You either love or hate this place. Nice amenities and apartments for the price. Better off buying the 2bd 2br bc u get more space and privacy, plus balcony. The appliances and overall apartment typically get a half-ass clean tho when your moving in so check washer and dryer and dishwasher thoroughly. Dryer was melted from the inside and DW was moldy. Reported and got new appliances. U either get new carpet or shitty old rough carpet with stains, no in-between. Only problem ur gonna have is the first down-payment as its a high amount. 2nd is maintenance. They either come quickly or will see you in a month. Last is ur neighbors. Again been here 3 years with no issues until new ones recently moved in. Left trash bags
