Link Terrace

I can’t even begin to describe how helpful this team was for me and my Fiance! All three wonderful ladies at the stewart way main office were ABSOLUTLEY INCREDIBLE! We toured a 1 bed, 1 bath for link terrace and got approved, and signed the lease all within a total of a few hours! All amentities you could ask for are included in the monthly rent! They answer very quickly on the phone, they explain in detail of what is being charged with your rent. The lease was detailed and very easy to understand as our first time signing for an apartment! They do not hide any fees which was relieving compared to Southern Coastal. Renters insurance was included and pets are welcome! All apartments have a cute patio area, accessible mailbox and a laundromat incase you can’t get a washer/dryer instantly. Wh

Been here for about 6 months it’s pretty nice they are making it looking nicer outside and they are pretty good about answering and helping me with anything I need. I’m very thankful it’s affordable and you make it what you want so take that how you want. I recommend if you’re in a smaller budget. I also haven’t had any pest issues which was a concern of mine.

There could not have been a more awesome experience on renting an apartment. Jennifer knows how to treat the customer to make them feel at home and like one of the family. There are not a lot of people left like her. We need to cherish those people.
