I had an incredible experience working with Ryan. He helped me find and buy an amazing house and find tenants for it. Since it was my first home purchase, he guided me through the process. Once I received the house, he went above and beyond to help me set everything up. Everything from admin work up to replacing my light switches and installing my chandelier.

We chose Ryan Ditmar to sell our property because he came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint in any way. It was especially difficult for him because 1, we are English so it was international 2, when we went to Florida to complete the sale my husband had a stroke and was in hospital for almost 3 weeks so neither of us were available most of the time. We managed to get the sale completed with a lot of help from Ryan who was always pleasant and polite and very helpful. The only reason I have only given him 4 stars is we were a bit disappointed with the price as he recommended a quick sale but we felt the price was a bit too low. However if I was selling again I would definitely use Ryan and he would be the best agent to help anyone who is buying.
