This review is specifically about Jeff Weeks . He was awarded my appraisal. He received the order on 7/3. He finally did the appraisal on 7/18. As of 7/28 the report had not been received by the appropriate parties. The appraisal was pulled from him and given to another reputable appraiser. He did not communicate or deliver and as a result, the closing has been pushed twice. I would be wary choosing him for a realtor or an appraiser. If his work ethic in this transaction is any indication, you would do well to make a different choice.

Annie Jo Lindsey is the very best! She found the perfect place for us (before it hit a very hot market), always had our best interests in mind, managed all of the details along the way, kept us on track, and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She was flexible and responsive which allowed us to handle most of the details remotely. I can't recommend her highly enough.
