Angel Fire Resort Mountain Rentals and Property Management

This is a review of the lodging and Angel Fire property management only, not the ski resort. TLDR version: unsatisfactory facilities, indifferent management, never coming back. Long version: I received a call from management the day prior to arrival. I was told that no extra linens, towels, bathroom supplies etc would be provided beyond what the house came with. This was for a 2 night stay that we were charged ~$1400 for. Upon arrival, we discovered there weren't enough linens to sleep the number of people advertised. There were no sheets to put on the sleeper sofas and pull out beds. One shower did not work at all, another shower's head fell off. The furniture was several decades old and smelled strange. The house description/layout on the listing was not accurate by a decent measure.

We love the Cabin Share Condos. We have stayed in them several times. They are up in the Aspens and we see deer and Elk from time to time. We book thru RCI resorts.

Nice location and friendly staff. A little on the neglect side

Our trip was totally relaxing. Which was just what we were looking for. The exception was the bed. It was a very hard bed. Otherwise, great time..

Best vacation ever. We loved the beautiful home we stayed in. Nice staff at the office. We'll be back.
