I originally came on here and left a nice review of the complex but upon further reflection I have decided to leave an honest review. I can start by saying yes it is a nice complex, the neighbors are friendly and they are quick to get maintenance requests done. I lived here for 2 years. They do not notify you when pest control is coming by, the washing machines are small and there is at least 1 that is constantly breaking. The maintenance people will turn the water off whenever they need to and it is a 50/50 as to if they will let you know if it is getting cut off. Our water heater broke while we lived there and that process was a mess. The in house maintenance guy who replaced the water heater took a full day of coming in and out to replace it, got water all over the carpet, soaking the c

We just recently moved into Lindru Gardens. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love the open beautiful views and landscaping! Apartments are clean and laid out nicely. We live of course among others but landscaping and the way the buildings are situated creates privacy. Beautiful clean pool and great laundry facility.

My family and I love living here!!! My wife and I have two small children 3 and under and it is a wonderful apartment complex to raise a family in! It is very quiet during the day and nighttime as well so there are no issues with sleeping. The manager, Angie, takes great pride in her job and the complex and is extremely responsive to all inquiries or anything that needs to be taken care of. Her office is always open and she responds right away if you reach out to her. The maintenance team, Fred and Tom, are great guys and they take care of ANY issues right away! For those who are looking for a family friendly place or if you’re single/retired and wound like a quiet home, this is the place for you! 🙂

I've lived there about about 5 years and really enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. It seems that people who do live here have lived here a long time due to knowing the quality of management. Even though we do have older buildings we also have plenty of space that is hard to find now a days. Anytime I have had an issue or maintenance request they were always completed within a few days at most even getting new air conditioner. The first day I moved in years ago my refrigerator was leaking I immediately had a brand new refrigerator. Laundry facilities are clean and easy to use along with having friendly neighbors. Basically, this property is run well!!!! Best apartment living I've ever had!!!!

Our experience at Lindru Gardens has been such a blessing for our family this past year! Angie, the manager of the apartment complex, always goes above and beyond to take care of your needs/concerns. She takes the time to build a personal relationship with you, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The maintenance staff has been a huge help and support as well. Anytime there is an issue it is taken care of right away! We have truly enjoyed our time here this far.
