Lindley Park Manor

We have lived in Lindley Park Manor for the past 4 years and absolutely loved the entire experience. The apartments are older, but with that you get hardwood flooring and beautiful large windows. These apartments are in an awesome location, directly next to the arboretum! We are sad to say goodbye, but a new opportunity in a different city is causing us to move!

Between the mold, lead paint, roaches and rats. The rent is cheap but when you think about what you are exposing yourself to it is NOT worth it!! These apartments need to be tore down. The appliances are ancient, the kitchen is full of mold, I was never able to use my oven, I felt bad constantly calling the maintenance men because they were nice but there was constant maintenance that needed to be done. My fridge, and dishwasher leaked. My duke energy/gas bill was always super expensive living there. I have came across numerous pests living there. I had to sign a waiver for lead paint. About a year ago I notified the leasing lady Julie that my bathroom ceiling was drooping, she said the painters would come out (they never did) and eventually the ceiling came down. Always quiet and peaceful around there..well kept neighborhood
