Well I think we saved ourselves a lot of pain. Beautiful homes and we were so looking forward to our new adventure. Until we arrived to work out pricing and were told not only an additional $30,000 on the house but we would also have to bid on the lot. So, lots can start at $30,000 then you have to pay an additional. By the time you are done you have a base model, no finished basement, and very few options for $1.25. I understand the market is strong but really shady to change the prices and bid the lots also, loans are not construction to mortgage so the interest rate would be variable until you settle and that wont be for 14 months
