We had the pleasure of partnering with Jim Kerwin at Decatur Building Services for our new home build two years ago. We broke ground the same week the pandemic shut down the country. From initiating the first dig as soon as the weather broke to navigating labor and scheduling challenges, Jim was on point. He even predicted an impending hurricane and ensured our roof was on and ready. In the end, we almost didn't make our move-in day, but Jim leveraged his relationships built on years of local experience to secure our permit. We loved working with him and wouldn't change a thing.
