Linden at Martinsburg

Brenlyn & Erica are Very Friendly & Welcoming. They take their time giving information about the property & answer questions we have. Both are very willing to help and assist with the application process in the near future. We Hope to make Linden at Martinsburg our home in the coming months.

This is what it looks like behind my apartment. Maintenance has become a joke to a lot of people. To make a long story short just for this one situation. I have not had A/C for over a month. Every week I’m getting the story I will check on it, I will have someone call or come see you or I thought it was fixed. They finally came and put a portable unit in but still no answers on why mine isn’t working. Talked to Tunda twice and he said he will check on it. Now while I’m gone for the weekend, Tunda calls me and said they need the portable unit for another apartment and mines is fixed but if it’s not when I get home call the emergency number which no one hasn’t answered yet today. So now no ac and as you see by my pictures not even a fuse in the box. Picture are from 2 different days. So they

My family and I have lived here for three years now. The office staff is very friendly, the maintenance has greatly improved and they now have parking passes! I will admit, when we first moved in, there were a lot of hiccups. The maintenance issues took months to complete and there were a lot of back and forth on parking issues, dog poop issues and neighbor issues. Thankfully, the neighbors moved out, they found a solution for the dog poop issues and are putting in speed bumps as well as issued parking passes. I couldn't be more pleased. I gotta hand it to the office staff. They really have improved this cozy spot we call home. There's no other place like Linden. Tons of space in the bedrooms and spacious living space. Plus they have bbqs and tons of holiday gatherings by the office. I r

Erica the property manager and lease consultant Jonelle was very polite and helpful with helping my husband and I get into a unit. They helped us from the start and to the day we moved into our lovely apartment.

Very good customer service. Leading office members are supper helpful and friendly.
