I am repeatedly asked to submit a review. So I will give you my experience of living here for nearly 17 years. The walls are thick, so you don't hear your neighbors. The first section was built in the 1990's. The "deluxe" 3 bedrooms on the north side of the property are newer and more expensive. With some of the appliances nearing 35 years, of course they are going to fail. We've had no problems getting appliances replaced, sometimes we have a longer wait for minor issues...one of which became a major issue due to the wait. Berkeley County has changed. It has grown exponentially and people think it is affordable here. It is, if you're coming from the D.C. metro area....i.e. Frederick or northern Virginia. The landlady is incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because the rent was increased after the first year. They gave us the “move in special” which basically just means you’ll pay less rent for the first year before it’s aggressively increased. Although the landlady is specifically super kind and has only been incredible, the overall organization is also really knit-picky. Every tiny thing down to a small trash can being on the porch was considered a “violation.” The apartment is nice and has absolutely no issues. The landlady is so kind and caring. It’s just the overall organization is really difficult to deal with.

I love living here. Management, Maintenance, and the neighborhood are all just so freaking amazing! I feel safe walking my dogs at night, the neighborhood had a ton of sanitary stations to dispose dog poop, so the community is so clean! The grass is always maintained, and the houses are so cozy! The AC units built in are a LIFE SAVER! I just love it here, you should definitely move in so we can be neighbors!!! 😊

Numerous issues with maintenance. It took more than 4 months to replace a belt in my dryer due to various excuses including "we forgot". The only way to get a response from management is to reach out to corporate. They refuse to replace appliances until they are completely broken. AC is so old and decrepit that it will literally run for 15+ hours even when it isn't very hot out causing your electric bill to skyrocket just to maintain some semblance of comfort along with a severe lack of airflow? Maintenance MIGHT come in and check the temperature of the metal grate and then say that since it is slightly cooler than the surrounding temperatures, it is working. It isn't even blowing hard enough to feel when your hand is right next to the vent, but since the metal is cooler by jsut a degree

Great community, well maintained townhomes and appliances. They have a great team that are keeping the homes and surroundings in excellent shape. They take care of any maintenance or repair tickets in a timely and satisfactory manner.
