My wife & I have lived here alittle over 7yrs and we really like it here. Oh, your maintenance team (especially Tommy) are top notch.Going to be honest, with us being on fixed income we wish the rent didn't increase $60 plus EVERY year. We've been here almost 8 yrs, we like it here (Tammy's Dr's are close and the VA hospital is close for me...we are in our 60s) but we so wish your rent increases wouldn't be so much or so often. The maintenance team, especially Tommy, is top notch.
