Well, Linda and Craft and team did it again! Another smooth ( as smooth as a real estate transaction can go ) They completed this one in a record time 60 days from listing to closing at a full price offer. Tony Fink and Linda Craft came through for us once again when we needed them the most! Working with Brenda Miller getting the property ready to be listed, working with Tony during the showing process and following up with Muriel and Veronica making sure all the details were taken care of until the bitter end. I attended a dinner and learn session, which they do frequently, and thoroughly enjoyed the topic as well as the dinner. There was no sales pitch, and it was truly a community service type of event that had little to do with real estate and more to do with education. I will attend the next event that interests me even though it is a long way from where I live!
