They are usually very good about getting our maintenance issues address quickly! The Property Manager Steve always gets back to my Husband quickly and we appreciate him and the team greatly ! We've been with them about 4 years and we've only stayed at the current property just because we trust the management company to take great care of us.

I just recently had to transfer to Valdosta for my job. I went on a Friday to look at properties and I was able to move in a week later. The approval process was smooth and easy. I haven't had any issues as of yet.

Every staff member I interacted with was nice, respectful, and helpful throughout my application process. My application and move-in was done in a speedy, time efficient manner. When I reported maintenance issues I noticed in the property, they had them rectified within a day. I’ve had a great experience working with Lincoln Realty so far and hope it continues!

This company is Canadian and they are extremely liberal. They do not care about the Constitution or you're rights in Georgia as a renter. They Violate the rights and the laws of Georgia and go against the renters rights. READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY ADD THAT THEY CAN KICK YOU OUT FOR ANYTHING EVEN IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU. They are highly aggressive and they lie all the time. They get offended by everything. Not very good in business. I have a feeling that south Georgia will run them out before it's over with. If you have a problem with your neighbor and your neighbor is stalking and harassing you and you go to the police they will kick you out as well. My partner and I, whom are engaged to be married, applied to rent a property managed by Lincoln Realty. Our application met all objective, published financial and credit requirements, including a minimum credit score and the combined net income exceeding 3x the monthly rent. We were informed by the property manager, Hassan, that the application was denied via phone call. The stated reason for denial was that the owner does not allow unmarried intimate partners to rent the property. When asked where this restriction was documented in the company's formal rental policy or application criteria, Mr. Hassan was unable to provide a written policy.
