Lincoln 25 Apartments

the directions are horrible the place is great. i origiy rated 2 stars because i thought i was rating Google's directions... Google keeps sending people a block past the entrance and down as if there is a back entrance and there is not. it can be very frustrating when I receive medical transport fairly often and they keep getting directed to the wrong place. lincoln 25 is a beautiful apartment complex. My family and I have been treated kindly by the staff. It is located not far from the beach, right across the street from grocery outlet, and a couple blocks away from the rec center. i am grateful to have gotten a place here.

Applied when they 1st started taking applications before the units were even built. I was denied in error for false negative rental history. I filed a dispute which was ignored. I hired an attorney. Guess what? All of a sudden, 3 months later, I am called in to do the paperwork. This was in September 2024. I had to take time off work...again...to go down to do this as I currently live 2 hours away. Since then, after submitting the final requested documents in October 2024, I have never received contact. No emails, no phone calls, no mail. I have left several messages between then and now, December 28th, 2024 with no response. This company has no professional demeanor, no follow through, and no integrity. At this point, I have found other housing arrangements and am BLESSED I didn't end up

The entrance/ exit is atrocious, the parking is miserable, the people running the show are rude, inconsistent, and incompetent. You have to be in dire straights to stomach this property, with so many other beautiful and affordable housing throughout the city. Hard pass on this one.

Beautiful apartments, just a few blocks from the beach and close to grocery outlet and downtown. Grateful to have a beautiful place to live and all new.

They are rude and inconsiderate; I have been waiting and was told that I would be made a priority and that's not the case they have been moving people in 3 days after putting in an application instead of taking care of people who have been waiting for a few months.
