Limestone Ridge Apartments

First of all I want to say that this apartment complex is a Mess. My mom moved into a dirty apartment and no one had cleaned it, we had to do it. Seriously, do better for your tenants. To make it short , my mom's lease has ended and they have not given her deposit. Seriously, who needs the money more. My mom has contacted corporate and no one is calling her back. PLEAS DO BETTER FOR OUR ELDERLY COMMUNITY.

The grounds and the apartments were beautiful. The buildings have elevators, which really helps with moving. The model of larger 1-bedroom was not available for me to tour. Overall, I like this place; office staff is very patient and cordial; but the 1-Bd is too small and the 2-bed is too expensive for me.

Power went out on Friday 23, 2022 during the first arrival of artic temperatures to the Austin area. Limestone Ridge Apartments was one of a few outages. No apologies and no explanations from management regarding this. The first two photos are probably of some homeless person using an unoccupied unit as a campsite. The management hasn't expressed any concern about this or any other troubling issues.

Thought moving to a senior living complex I wouldn’t have to put up with the pool being over run with kids that live here and loud pool parties. I want peace and quiet in my senior years and here is not the place for that. Apparently they let kids live here just as long as the lease is in a 55 or older person’s name. I have come home to smell someone had been smoking weed in the stairwell also. Sorry I moved here and will not be renewing my lease. The only good thing about this place is Bonnie in the office or I would have only given a one star review.

Limestone Ridge has the best admissions in Bonnie. I'm so grateful I had an understanding person like Bonnie to help guide me through admissions. She asked all my questions. Getting old is not easy, thankfully Bonnie had patience with me, she was kind and thoughtful. Limestone Ridge found a gem in Bonnie Guzman.
