Limestone Ranch

I want to say up front that the situation we ran into was honestly a rare set of circumstances, and I’m not suggesting this happens to everyone. My biggest concern is that someone older or someone without the time to constantly check in might have a much harder time navigating something like this. We lived at Limestone Ranch for about a year and a half, and overall our experience was mixed. The apartments look very nice when you first move in. The renovations make them feel updated and modern, which is one of the reasons we chose to live here. At the same time, the buildings are older underneath those renovations, and that did lead to some strange maintenance issues. One example is our kitchen sink, which repeatedly came apart. Moved here in June and my whole experience has been nothing short of amazing! From my first steps in touring with Evan, this place felt like home. Every time I walk in I get the warmest smiles from Evan and Ebony and feel’s like family. Maintenance is top notch too(even though I hardly need them!) if you’re looking for place to call home and not just another apartment, Limestone is the place!

I have been living here for the past 7 months and I relocated from New Jersey. From the initial meet, Ms. Ebony and her staff were very welcoming! I explained what I was looking for and arrangements were made to fit my needs. Ms. Ebony and staff went above and beyond to help me understand my move especially since I was out of state and needed assistance with how things in Texas worked. Now living here, I am very grateful that anytime I have a question or concern Ms. Ebony and staff are ready to help! There’s also resident events that make you feel more at home. If there’s anything in the apartment that needs fixing, the maintenance team is great at reaching back. Also, the complex is in a great location, with stores and restaurants at walking distance. Def recommend!

Horrible management company. Staff is unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. They will lie starlight to your face, while taking your time and your money. Manager is a hot mess The new staff is rude. I leased at the apartment across the street, they have a normal running office and have their business together, this place is a mess. Across the street was a smooth applying and move in process. GOOD LUCK!

I have lived here for ten years. I feel safe here which is important. The staff are wonderful. Kecia went above and beyond for me around Thanksgiving. I ended up with 8 packages and could not carry them all. Kecia grabbed the golf cart, drove me to my Apt and helped carry the pkgs up to my Apt. Just one example on how the staff is always there to help. Love living here.
