Lime Bay Community Association

Lime Bay Community has many extremely friendly and nice residents. The Clubhouse and several Board members go to great lengths to ensure that there are plenty activities and shows avaiable for the residents, from all four phases. Unfortunately, not all of the Condo "Phases" are the same. I've met board members from the three condos, where I don't live. They appear to mostly be motivated towards securing their Resident's safety and comfort. Some very Good People. Unfortunately, I live in the only Phase, where the management is absent. They Do not attempt to request or enforce civil behavior among the residents of my building. The managers of my Phase seem amused the early on, my condo unit was broken into and vandalized. A horrific situation. The Board Members did not perform professionally or legally. Did not comply legally or honestly!! Was Not approved because the board did not want a service animal living there. Was forced & given an ultimatum to sign a drafted document by someone NOT familiar with the ADA Laws, etc.... It was intrusive, illegal, & put the board in total control of my life if I signed it. They did not comply legally in time to o either set up an interview - and was told that everything was in order & looked great. Then, this new so-called application which was created just for me was mentioned to my Realtor 4 days before closing & was told within the document, even if I signed it, I could be denied. I visited LimeBay Country Club for a Wedding for one of the residents family members. Tranquil, safe environment. Great place for the people who live there.

Courier, I have now found this place doesn't deserve my previous rating. Besides, I was rating the customer I delivered to, not Lime Bay Assoc. Total accident.

The place is looking good thanks to Randy’s management.
