Lila Place

Wishing there was still a security patrol. It really helped to eliminate the drug deals in our parking lot. The pool has been a biohazard most of the summer is currently black water has been for weeks now. There has been ongoing plumbing issues. Been filing multiple complaints about neighbors puppy. The breed is one that is not allowed according to the lease agreement. I've seen others have to move when they had been here for years and the no put bull rule went into affect. It seems every company that buys this complex can't wait to sell it and it's painfully obvious to the tenants. The original owners took good care of this place. Had good landscapers and after they sold and every owner after that got the cheapest they could find and it shows we no longer have grass in part of the front c

I've live here at Lila place for over 7 years. I've stayed because my experience with the office staff and especially maintenance has been very good. As a disabled vet, with lovable support furbabies, I can always count on the staff to answer questions or take care of anything that needs fixing. They are all very professional, friendly and warm hearted people and my furbabies love them, especially Fuzzy my little dog. This is a good place to live with good neighbors, that look out for each other.

So far since I have been living here it's been good. Whenever I have had a request for maintenance that has been done. The office staff listen to my inquiries about packages that can't be delivered straight to me they hold it for me until it can be delivered to me or I can pick it up. Thanks for that! Everyone has given me courtesy and respect for my requests and concerns. Right now it's the laundry room that I am troubled with but I believe that that's going to be reworked also. So Thanks for that. I love it so far.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! There is constantly dog poop everywhere and all they do is mow over it. The pet trash cans are always overflowing and smell horrible. The pool is almost always disgusting. The staff is rude and dismissive. Keanan the maintenance man is the only good thing about this place.

I have lived in these apartments for over 8 years. I enjoy my time here. The new management/ownership is making a real difference in improving the living experience at these properties. 5/5 recommend.
