Dawn, Shannon and Evan helped close a deal for me last week that almost fell apart because the lender took forever to do their part, missing the closing deadline by a week. The seller was ready to back out of the deal because of the lender's delay, but Lighthouse somehow met the new deadline with less than an hour's notice from the lender. Unbelievable! Thanks again for pushing this through with such short notice!
