Lighthouse Hill Apartments

I really enjoyed my time living at Lighthouse Hill Apartments. The property is kept up nicely, and it’s a comfortable place to live, but the biggest highlight was honestly Sheena, the property manager. Sheena was amazing to work with. She was always easy to reach, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure residents were taken care of. Anytime something came up, she handled it quickly and never made it feel like a hassle. She made living there a lot less stressful. Overall, Lighthouse Hill is a solid place to live, and having a property manager like Sheena makes a huge difference. I’d definitely recommend it.

I broke my lease after 4 months. The conditions of those apartments reflect repeated violations of basic housing standards and the law. The grounds are consistently neglected. Trash is left throughout the complex such as food waste, animal waste, dangerous objects, batteries, lighters, etc. There are exposed wires everywhere. It is a daily, ongoing failure of management to maintain a safe environment, and it creates clear health hazards for every resident. Inside my unit, I had reported mice, roaches, and other habitability concerns. Under Delaware law (Title 25), management is required to correct these issues within a reasonable timeframe. Those legal responsibilities have been repeatedly ignored. Instead of addressing the problems, management avoids communication until it benefits them

Living here has been such a pleasure. Sheena has always been very helpful. Anytime I had an issue Sheena has always sent maintenance right over with no long waiting period.

Came in and the Property Manager Sheena was just a sweet heart and so amazing she sat down with me and helped me we need more people like her in this world. I’m an elder and people just aren’t helpful these days.
