Lighthouse Gardens Apartments

As of 2024, there is NO PROPERTY MANAGER. Emails go out with no responses. Main office is always locked and blinds closed. Neighbors kids ride bikes at high speed all over the parking lot, nearly getting run over and one time leaving a nice dent in the side of my Jeep. Same kids own dogs who poop everywhere and tear up all the grass. None of the lights in the parking lot work. No dishwashers. Laundry machines regularly break and the dryers never dry clothes properly. Neighbors smoke weed indoors and blast loud music. Snow removal is an absolute joke. The hallways reek of weed and cigarettes. Neighbors leave full trash bags in the hallway for hours. Same neighbors left rotting Halloween pumpkins on their front porch for 6 months. A family member who used to live here passed away recently, and it was extremely difficult to find someone to talk to about the situation. My father, who was this family member's power of attorney, tried various ways of contact with no responses or had dead lines. The office stays closed at all times, and they have had no property manager for who knows how long. The phone number on the sign had a full inbox, the maintenance pager number did not go through, and the phone number on their website went to voicemail. (Speaking of which, the website is 100% a false representation of the apartment complex!!) Finally after a week, my father had to leave an envelope in the rent payment slot at the office with a letter and everything necessary to close out the apartment. It should not be this diffic
