Jasmin Cabral acts super nice in person and promises what you want to hear but never backs it up. It's excuses, it's I ordered it twice, and says things without ever fixing the problems. She helped a friend rent me a town home... which wasn't move ready. Also what she promised would be ready by move in was not and after a month of her saying was ordered... still nothing. Sad because I am looking to by a house right after. If it went smoothly and honestly I would of went with this real estate company. But now will make a point to tell everyone I know to stay far far away from them all. Sad situation.

If you go with this company ask for someone other than Jasmin Cabral. She got us a lease from her previous client on a townhome. Was not move in ready, had many appointments with the superintendent of the development and much time wasted. Also things promised by word were not there at move in, but instead of admitting she will just keep saying not in the contract not in the contract instead of making it right. I have no problem paying for what I agreed upon but next time will go with a company that keeps there word and represents move in ready rentals. I waited a till end of the month to write this with much warning I wanted things to be corrected and was ignored. Please go with another company.
