Liberty Village

Nytta is awesome! She has great customer service and connects genuinely with prospective tenants. The unit I applied for was not available but she found a different unit with all the same features/amenities as the unit I originally applied for.. the only thing I would say is to call before applying just to make sure the unit is available, the website is not always updated! Spacious units, plenty of lighting throughout and some units with washer and dryers!

Occupied the space for years and the area began to worsen overtime. The auto theft rate is high, and it’s typically the teens that reside there, and/or their associates doing it. The front security gate is just for decor.. Do Expect your water to be shut off on short notice or even without notice—about every other month, if not more often. And it will last for hours. A homicide occurred in broad daylight in July 2024 (just google it). Just two months after, there was another daytime shooting at the basketball courts—while kids were playing there, and a teen boy was struck. They’re always changing managers/ leasing agents so more than likely the person who gives you your keys will be gone next time you have to visit the front office. I love my apartment. I love the staff. The workers are very awesome and they’re very polite. I had an issue and the manager took care of it. They’re good at what they do. They handle things very well.

My sister went in to meet with Nytta this morning she was very pleasant she broke down everything. We toured the 2 bedrooms the classic and the upgraded apts. They were very nice the bedrooms are huge especially the master bedroom it has a walk in closet theres a LARGE tub... very peasant experience and atmosphere... Thank you Nytta.

I'VE BEEN RESIDING HERE AT LIBERTY VILLAGE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND I HAVE HAD A AWESOME EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE. THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IS ALSO AWESOME, QUICK FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS ON TIME. I AM CURRENTLY ABOUT TURN DOWN SIDE TO A SMALLER UNIT AS MY CHILDREN HAS GOTTEN OLDER AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY STAY HERE AND I WANT TO DO A SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO MS. LIVI WHO IS THE MANAGER AND SHE DOES AN EXTRAORDINARY JOB HERE ADD LIBERTY VILLAGE SHE'S VERY HELPFUL SHE HELPED MAKING YOU STAY HERE VERY PLEASANT. THE WHOLE STAFF HERE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
