Liberty Station Apartments

I have been living here for over a month now and I can't express enough how great this place is. The neighborhood is wonderful. The neighbor and the kids are super nice and respectful. Not to mention the property manager Henry he is very kind and has this property looking its best. He always do things to show appreciation for the residents. Our new maintenance supervisor is also very knowledgeable and take care of our work order in a timely fashion. I am very happy to be here!

I have lived here for 3 years and I have enjoyed it for the most part. The 4 bed units have a larger living an kitchen areas, the master is nice and large but the three other bedrooms are small. There tends to be noisy neighbors, some vandalizing and thefts as any tight living area has. The property management is always changing. Six different managers in the last 3 years. I was misinformed by one of them and it cost me an extra $100+ a month added to my rent. Unfortunately there is no way to reverse the mistake.

The newly built Apartments really close together tight driveways right next to the Walmart is very convenient but it's a tightly-packed place no swimming pools or amenities like that! No place I would go and move into due to the fact that you are crammed in right next to your neighbor and can hear them through the thin walls! The parking lot is REALLY REALLY!! tight to turn in making it very difficult to navigate when there is snow piled up in vehicles parked!

The apartments look great but I've been on the wait list for well over a year. I hear of others getting in and they continue to tell me I'm on the wait list. Very frustrating!

I live there for severy years and i have meet great managers but the last 2 are care less ,dont know what to do i dont understand how HOW they got the job
