Deeply Disappointed With Management at Liberty Square Apartments I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at Liberty Square — specifically with the Business Manager, Madison O’Neal — has reached a point where it needs to be publicly addressed. Tenants deserve honesty, professionalism, and basic respect, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. From the beginning, communication with management has been inconsistent, dismissive, and at times completely inaccurate. I have repeatedly received wrong information, and when those mistakes caused issues for me as a tenant, there was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to correct the situation. I lived here for one year, and left as I purchased my own home. This was a very nice community to live in. The office staff were always very nice and helpful, and it really was a nice community with a convenience store, and other shops within walking distance. They maintain the community very well, and the rental prices are fair. The townhouses are designed so you can’t really hear your neighbors, so I did not have any disturbances or other issues like that. One of the best places to rent in the area if it is within your budget. They have a good rating for a reason.

Dylan and Madison have been my go-to agents since I moved in. Any issue, they are on top of and I never have to go more than 24 hours without it being addressed. Dylan has been especially helpful during a tumultuous time, and has made my experience seamless. With hardly any staff turnover, it makes it a lot more comfortable to work with the same team, and have that smooth flow of service. I would definitely recommend this property for long term rentals, it feels like you’re right at home!

This review is not a direct reflection of the office …. Within the past 24 hours we have encountered gang members, dopefienes, a mouse in the pool and now vandalism to our door. People knocking on people doors asking for access to the only community pool we have for our residents which is secured by fob access only. I have resided in nothing but nice areas throughout the South and Southwest Area of Nevada and have NEVER encounter this type of direct treatment. The residents here at Liberty Square Apartments pay way too much money to be subjected by low life’s who have nothing better to do but violate the privacy of someone’s home… The Office Team needs to perform a better job of screening and qualifying people before executing lease agreements to just anyone.
