Liberty Square Apartments

One of the best apartments I have ever lived in. There were no issues at all—no disturbances, a safe and clean neighborhood, and very helpful and cooperative leasing office staff and maintenance team. It was truly one of the best homes I’ve lived in. They promptly clear snow and consistently keep the community clean.

Here is a review for your property management: "I have had a terrible experience with [Property Management Company]. After moving out of my apartment, they disputed charges and have failed to return my deposit even after three months. Worst of all, they refuse to respond to my calls or emails. Communication is non-existent and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They seem to prioritize exploiting tenants over providing decent service. My fiance and I moved into Liberty Square in June of 2017 and I would recommend the community to anyone interested! Lee Eyrick, the Property Manager, is very professional and attentive to all of our needs as residents. The move in process was great - the apartment had been updated and was spotless. Ongoing maintenance has been easy as well, Lee is quick to respond to any questions and Jim, the Maintenance Supervisor is friendly and always available. We plan to renew our lease this upcoming year due to the high level of service we have received from Lee - thank you!

I can’t speak for the new property manager but the previous ones were terrible. They really didn’t care about this place. The biggest problem here is the maintenance staff who DONT DO ANYTHING! I saw a previous review that they also had mold problems, we did too! We lived at this location over 2 years and every request we’ve made to maintenance gets reviewed for a week and then says “complete” on their site. Multiple requests have been made over the 3 leaks in our apt. We started getting frequent headaches. I moved a bookshelf and there was mold all over the carpet and up the bookshelf, ruining it. The workers said “we’ll get a guy next week” to fix the leak, they never did. This is a health hazard. These apartments are not taken care of. It needs new cabinets and appliances. Our toilet

I moved to Liberty Square in June 2016. I cannot give the Company or the Property a higher rating. The transition was seamless and as convenient as could be possible. The Property Manager Lee and Maintenance Spvr Jim have been nothing less than stellar and accommodating addressing my needs and managing the property as a whole. I've been a homeowner and an apartment dweller over the last 35 years and again i could not be happier I chose Liberty Square as a residence and i look forward to at least a couple more years as a tenant. I highly recommend the Company, the Property and the staff.
