This company is the definition of bare minimum. They put zero effort into home inspections, zero updates and zero communication. Very disappointing experience.

I just finished signing out keys to view a rental property, collected all documentation, and spent 3 hours of my time running between the office and the house I was seriously interested in. I went to fill out an application and they told me the house is for sale. If this company cant do the simple things, I would not have confidence in their ability to manage a property.

Absolutely the worst leasing company I have ever had to work with. After 3 slab leaks and multiple other issues including going without water for 7 days TWICE, we were illegally given a notice to vacate after we called code enforcement. The notice to vacate was given two weeks before our lease was up after we were told they would be renewing. The manager here stalked my Facebook page and had people inboxing me harassing me. I would not recommend. 0/10. Anna and Val were the only nice and professional people I think at that place. That lady Francis is rude and disrespectful.
