As a soon to be parent and a first time apartment renter, finding a place that truly feels safe and comfortable was incredibly important to me, and this community has met my expectations. I have lived here for a year already and will be staying for another year, which reflects the positive experience I have had. From day one, the apartment has been clean, well maintained, and comfortable, making it a great place to prepare for welcoming a baby. The management team is kind, responsive, and always willing to help, and maintenance requests are handled quickly, which brings a lot of peace of mind. Don’t recommend property managers rude and maintenance try and come to your door without proper notice. Put in work orders for dryer and never got fixed like don’t move here it’s so much I can type but I’ll been done typed a whole book. Oh and forgot to mention hvac was leaking for months and management refused to send license people out to check for mold and repair ac unit. They offered to paint over water streaks going down the walls and all baseboards were starting to warp. Katrina has a nasty attitude. I didn’t bother nobody the whole year I was there started with her and maintenance dude Fred coming to my door without proper notice and then she kept sending Fred maintenance supervisor to my door without proper notice ahead of time. Move in was swift and easy while staying there, any repairs that needed to be done got done quickly. Pool is extremely nice. Route was just as easy as a move-in. Both the property managers are some of the best that I've had since I started living in apartments 10 out of 10 experience all the way around

Move here if enjoy homeless people dumpster diving, if you enjoy having a pool closed for 365 days out of the year, if you like stepping in dog poop and the smell of dog pee everywhere. Also, if you like an infestation of ants in your bedrooms this is the perfect place. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I wish there was a lower rating I could give to this complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved in 6 months ago and have had a horrible experience. My apartment was filthy on arrival and after sending the management an email about the bad condition my unit was in they did not answer. Our doors in the apartment do not close and nothing works. The dishwasher was left with rotting food inside of it and attracts all kinds of bugs. Roaches everywhere. Sticky stuff was all over the pantry and fridge. Dust everywhere which lead me to believe no one actually cleaned the apartment. Mold is everywhere and the management does nothing to fix it. They paint over everything to hide all the problems and nothing is ever actually fixed. My family and I were getting sick from mold exposure and tried multiple times
