Liberty Park Apartments

It is a quiet place to live. But say goodbye to your deposit AND some once you move out. I was there SIX months. Hardly was home, and the way they over charged everything upon leaving almost seems ILLEGAL. I paid $1000 deposit and still owed them $100?? Crazy. I don’t have the time for legal fees or time to go to small claims but the way they over charge upon moving out is sketchy and i bet illegal. I left the place clean and still paid way too much out of pocket upon leaving. Crazy.

DONT LIVE HERE ... my family and I have lived here for about 9 years now and they have refused over and over again to replace our carpet (even though we would pay) and also won’t let us repaint the walls . When we first moved in we were all young so we did spill on the carpet and my mom has asked numerous amounts of times and nothing has been done . Also , the maintenance of this place is TERRIBLE. Our dishwasher was leaking and causing huge puddles and my father went to tell management and months later they are still “waiting for it to be approved.” There is also a MAJOR cockroach issue in all the apartments and they’ve been notified and did nothing about it . The neighbors just moved in and they had asked about the bugs and were told there wasn’t any and now they are moving out because o
