Liberty Oaks Apartments

Don't waste your time applying to Liberty Oaks. The leasing staff doesn't know what they're doing and constantly gives out false information. I put in an application almost a month ago and all I get is the run around. Pretty sure my background check hasn't been started. Every time I call it's just another excuse for why things haven't gotten done and you can tell they don't care. I went to another property and got approved with my move in date in 3 days. It's more a month but I'd rather deal with a competent staff.

They are under new management & have changed their name to Liberty Oaks. I had called the day before and the lady on the phone was very nice, said that I was welcome to tour, and that I could see the apartment layout I was looking at. However, when I came to tour today, the lady I spoke to was rude and seemed bothered. She gave me a price range of about 750-900 and after telling her my income, she gave me the higher price. Granted, I wasn't here to sign a lease or even fill out an application, I came to take a look at the apartment. She then told me that the only apartment available to look at was a 3 bedroom, even though I was told otherwise on the phone. The apartment I was shown was dirty, had a broken counter, and had stuff left by someone (I'm assuming the cleaning crew). I HIGHLY rec

If you are looking for a home please do not move here. we've had several problems with the apartment that we lived in 1337 we've had air condition problems leakage from the roof when it rains. The staff operate in the office don't really care about the residents. our apartment was burned on August 24th 2019 and they haven't helped us not once the only help we received was from red Cross. and the community itself is really unhelpful everybody is selfish and only cares about themselves. Neighbors will steal from you. The main office is cancer. Please do not move here

OMG!!! Where do I start, there was the incident where peoples cars where getting shot with BB guns, a few kids got shot with BB guns. The gates have never worked, the car wash doesn't work, their is no online bill pay option (although the website states differently). The trash is always overflowing (which is because most residences don't take pride in their community) it's also no lights in most hallways which is a major security issue. People from the neighborhood next to us has access to the property through a path near the 800 building. The office staff is unprofessional and rude, the only person with great customer service skills is Tammy(I believe that's her name). I lived here going on six years. After new managerment it took from May to September to get my ac check. My breaker box doesn't properly which cause a fire. The roaches are extremely bad they don't spray on the regular.My apartment is normally clean so I know it's not me. I hadon't mold in the laundry room my boyfriend cleaned and repainted it. All this happen after new management. I complain several times. Ms.Tammy was the person at the time who did.best to resolve the problems because was doing everything by herself for month. The manager over it now has a nasty attitude and she doesn't greet.her occupants in a professional manner. Not planning on renewing my lease at six years so what that tell you.
