Liberty Military Housing - Terrace View Villas

I put in a work order yesterday because my AC wasn’t working, and I’m honestly blown away by how fast they responded. They came out today and, since I gave permission to enter while I wasn’t home, they took care of everything and replaced the entire AC unit with a brand-new one. The whole process was smooth and professional. Amazing service!

Have lived at Home Terrace for a few months and already have had such a great experience, David and Chris our maintenance personnel are dedicated and supportive. They are quick in their response time and truly get the job done. Super happy to say that I truly have a team that cares for the property

David was wonderful! He called and showed up promptly. When he arrived at our home, he quickly assessed the issue and went straight to work on fixing the problem. He did an awesome job and also provided good advice on what to avoid doing so we don’t encounter the issue again.

It is a nice community every time I have had a maintenance request is has been resolved within a day. Everyone is professional and friendly. Today David switched out our dishwasher got it all done before the end of the day.
