Roxanne and Kaitlyn have been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. From the very beginning, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They made the housing process smooth and stress-free by staying on top of every detail and ensuring all of our paperwork was completed promptly and correctly. My wife and I have had nothing but positive experiences in this community so far. We truly feel welcomed and supported, and we’re excited to spend the next few years here. We’re very grateful for all the help and kindness they’ve shown us.

Our family has enjoyed living in this community, particularly because of the playground that’s practically in our backyard. It's convenient and fun for our children, who can play with friends right outside our home. The housing office's proximity is a plus, ensuring we stay connected and informed. The staff puts effort into organizing engaging events year-round. We recently attended the Spring Fling event with activities like egg dyeing and raffles, which was a delightful experience. Overall, we appreciate the community's family-friendly atmosphere and staff's commitment to fostering a sense of togetherness. We recommend this neighborhood to those seeking a welcoming and engaging environment.

Our family has really enjoyed living in bellevue particularly because of the quiet and peacefully community. It's a great community, with nice play grounds that are always safe and clean. The housing office being so close is also a great perk. The housing staff are really nice and make a genuine effort to stay connected with residents. Tolmeko and Shannon have been so extremely kind to my family since moving in, always making sure that my maintenance orders are taken care of promptly and making sure that we know when events are happening so that my kids have fun things to participate in. They are also my kids favorite people in the housing office and we make sure to stop by the housing office to say “Hi” whenever we are close by. If you're reading reviews and wondering whether or not you should move here, you need to know that Bellevue is phenomenal. Let me explain why. PCSing is a part of the military lifestyle. My family gets bounced from place to place as I continue my career. We hadn’t found a place we could call home until moving here. The staff is warm and personable. They greet us all by name. The activities they do monthly keep our family engaged. They do raffles and have prizes and get-togethers regularly. They have so many activities to get people involved in the community. My twin boys go to the office just to see all the ladies there. Every time we drive by I have to stop just to bring them in where they are greeted with high fives, hugs and genuine smiles from the entire staff. Maintenance is lightning

My family and I have been here for approximately 4 months. The community is beautiful. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and the leasing office personnel are courteous. The property was in great condition when we were given the keys. I can't think of anything place in the economy that can offer this type of value. If you have a family and are not buying a house, consider Bellevue.
