I have lived at Liberty Manor for 5 years in 2 different apts. The handy men work when they feel like it. When we see them and tell them there is a problem in the apt,,they say they can't do anything til the office approves the work to be done. Sometimes they get the work right the first time,,sometimes they do not and have to come back. The driveway is holey,and needs some work. The people who have walkers have a hard time using them due to the walk ways are breaking apart. The railings are not set in the ground as they should be,,they move. Some of the porches are very unsturdy and should not lean on them.
