The renovations and surveillance are a huge step forward and proof that management is actively engaged in the beautification and safety of the community. The property manager Autumn is attentive and incredibly helpful when it comes to any issues or questions you may have. I highly recommend this place.
Do not rent this apartment it is mold infested badly there’s wet basement and Management truly do not care about your things being ruined the apartments smell badly of mold. Management think buying a dehumidifier will help the situation it doesn’t especially when you’re working individual. the mold infested apartment is not worth your health or family health damaged clothing or furniture you work hard for.
This place is so quiet, its definitely nature at it's finest. Autumn, the manager is super understanding! The apartments are affordable and upgraded. Cameras that work are all over so I dont have to worry about a thing. Definitely reccomend a move here!!
This place was dangerous and I did not feel safe. But now 24 hour camera surveillance, bright lights. Newly renovated apartments! Goodbye Beaumont HELLLLLLOOOOO Liberty Hills! This place really has changed and is now beautiful!
Everything has been updated. Love the renovations. Autumn, the manager has been so helpful with all my questions and concerns. If you're looking to rent, highly recommend.
