I recently had Andy from Pro-spect do an inspection on a property in Ridley for buyers of mine. He was thorough, informative, and friendly. My buyers left feeling very confident in the info that they had about the issues that were uncovered. Id definitely recommend Pro-spect for anyone looking for a property inspection.

At first we thought we were getting a very good thorough inspection. There were many things that were marked that we made sure we covered in our further negotiations however, upon settling, we are finding several gas line problems within the first 2 days (very obvious presenting problems according to PECO) both inside at multiple points, and outside of our house. We are already in the hole several $$$ due to these things that were missed. Additionally there were some very obvious exterior issues on the hot water heater that were not flagged either. Upon speaking with the contractors that we had to hire to come address the issues, these issues should have been flagged by our inspector. Not a great experience. Would definitely not use these guys again.
