Liberty Homes Las Vegas

I’ve been selling real estate since 2001 and in that time I’ve worked with most of the active Las Vegas builders at one time or another. Selling general/re-sale real estate and selling new construction are similar, but really are two different animals. As a Buyer’s agent in resale we are involved from beginning to end in a very hands on way, but with new construction, as a Buyer’s agent we take a very quick trip to the back seat as the builder’s agent really takes over every aspect of the transaction. This has always been very difficult for me as I am a very “hands-on” agent, and it is a challenge to simply hand over a relationship that I’ve cultivated for so long. We recently purchased a semi-custom Liberty home about 7 months ago. Enjoying the 2x6 construction, low E double pane windows, great insulation for lower unities. Liked the idea we could make changes to the home the way we wanted for the bath rooms, panty and fireplace, etc. Quality is very good, the Supervisors are helpful and friendly as well as the sales representatives. Also the follow up after the sale has been timely and steady. Seems everyone is working as a team and working to your satisfaction. We are well pleased. Also they build a super cool RV garage to your size and specs, and you can add on a split efficient AC and heat system. Some even install car lifts. It adds to the WOW factor.

Joe is very disrespectful I called to check out some houses and he spoke to me rudely saying he didn’t know who I was and hung up ! Beware of Joe !
