Mortgage Officer (and Branch Manager) Mark Nagy took care of me. I came to him with an unusual situation. I brought him stress, time constraints, challenges, and he listened to me. He was proactive and worked with me to prepare for everything that would be needed from me and asked of me by underwriting so there were no surprises.
