I have resided here since 2021. I like the location, it walking distance to Albertsons, Target, Walgreens, and other shopping and restaurants. It's located on 2 major bus routes, that run 24hours, which is good for people like me who don't have a car. Sylvia the manager worked with me to help me get an apartment here because I'm on a fixed income, and disabled. Sylvia the property manager continues to help me when I need help, in anyway she possibly can

Very bad place to live . Landlord is a full blown liar and racist, uses money for personal needs and has the worse attitude I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and don't live here. It's Roach infested to the point you will not be able to cook your meals without a roach 🪳 everything is broken. Central air leaks from ceiling. They do not fix anything at all. And the Carpet look under it you'll throw up. Walls in kitchen and bathroom Has mold. Landlord is actually responsible for death of older woman in the area from her evil ness. Report that woman immediately.

There are no dishwashers. If anything breaks it's always your fault even though we have fridges from 1970 they are putting handicap and elderly up stairs not on lower units how pitiful god I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to live here there is no high speed internet access the bathroom has mold under sink mold up above you in the shower I can't wait to let the health department know

garbage place too live. hot water sometimes doesnot work. over charged for rent $100.00 would not let me resign lease day they left lease taped too door unprofessional gipped me put of $5.00 I paid on rent... never refunded it. ride at end of lease. dad place doesnt take care of people living there 10+ years keeps raising rents. bed bugs in some apts. sad. no remorse will kik u put in heart beat. garbage owner. no hot water more then 15 c in one year. L
