I want to begin that if you are looking to shop for any closing or title needs, this is the place hands down. I have been doing extensive research and fell upon this gem. If you are like me, I was so confused with process because the jargon for closing, and title insurance was just way out of my vocabulary. Lisa, the owner answered the phone, she didn't treat me as if I had three heads. She understood exactly what I was asking without asking. All I said was I have a loan and they said something about title insurance. She began to price everything within seconds. She surely knew her stuff! She made this whole process feel elementary and here I am drowning in a puddle. Thanks for saving me Lisa!! Hands down the place to go.
