Well, I had to talk to a tenant that was being forced to vacate. She had to pay all utilities, do her own yard work and snow removal, this company doesn't do any maintenance or upkeep. Sounds slummy. Hey, anyone who has ever rented from them, see if you can report them to the Better Business Bureau. If you find anything, see if you can all file a class action lawsuit. 😂

do not trust this group or kim we asked before we signed a lease if there were bed bug issues and we were told no. 3 days later we found them we were told not 7 days before hand that they had to spray for them. She gave us a deal to move us to a new complex if the issue happens again knowing that they were selling washington square to new company. One of the most underhanded group i have heard of dont trust them.

The staff and maintenance crew were always friendly and helpful to us. It was a huge plus that the apartments had heat included.

Terrible , don't take care of anything

Very clean establishment
