We've been in our new home for a year now, and continue to be very happy with it. Manish and the team at LHI equipped the house with thoughtful features throughout, focusing on connectivity and efficiency. Quality of materials and workmanship is top-notch. Although we might have done one or two things differently, that goes with the territory when purchasing a spec home. The differentiator is that this home was constructed with the same care and attention to detail that Manish would have used had he built the house for his own family. Support after the sale has been excellent as well: a single point of contact who is easy to reach, responsive and cordial to work with. An uncommon and welcome surprise in this day and age.

WOW! Manish is an impressive builder. The finishes are second to none and no detail goes unfinished. If you could only see behind the walls you would understand what a well built product you are getting. I'm sure these properties will last for generations to come.

We loved working with LHI. They were so thoughtful, and understood that we didn't know exactly what we wanted right away. They were patient, but gave great advice when we needed it. At the end of the day, we live in a beautiful home that is rock solid, and was actually a pleasure to build thanks to LHI. Highly recommend!
