LGI Homes - Vero Lake Estates

We had a good experience overall with LGI Homes. The financing portion was a little rocky but they did make it all happen and we are so in love with our new home! Jeff Parks was great to work with, would definitely recommend asking for him!

I had the most amazing experience with this company on my first home purchase. Jeff Parker walked us through the entire process. He made sure that we understood everything and was extremely friendly and open about everything. He’s also a buyer as well. He lives in the neighborhood and let us know everything that was going to be happening in the neighborhood.

We had a great experience with the LGI team from the moment we went in to take a tour of the homes, Jeff and Vero lake office were very nice and helpful. Stephanie who did all the financing was very good at her job and called us right away when we had questions. Casey and Josh have addressed any questions and concerns we had on things that needed to be fix and still working with us to get some concerns completed. Thank you LGI homes for our new home

LGI's Commitment and promises were broken regularly. LGI did not want to re-paint the home as needed before closing. Landscaping is terrible (the grass was put in an unprofessional way). We never received user guides for the appliances installed as promised (why did LGI threw them away in the first place?). Water heater was dead on arrival (we had to go to the LGI sales office to shower for 3 days). The emergency numbers we got for repairing things were not effective (when we called several times at different hours, nobody answered, so LGI, why give an emergency phone numbers if they do not work?). The refrigerator provided is unfit for this size home (about 20 cu.ft., where the freezer is on top and the refrigerator is on bottom, not side by side as we saw in a less expensive LGI home).
